You guys both did an excellent job on this interview. Tom, great analysis and some really good though provoking questions that I’m sure a lot of people wish we could hear more of from interviewers. Most of the information I was already familiar with, for obvious reasons, but I think there was a wealth of stuff here for most people. It was particularly interesting hearing Brock read a excerpt from him book. I can’t wait to hear the print vs web argument. I would love to call in for that hot topic.

This is a really cool interview! I admit that I haven’t listened to TTR before (Brock drew me over with his awesomeness). Tom, you have a phenomenal radio voice, and you guys seemed to have a good time chatting.

Loved hearing some background information on the comic, loved the excerpt… great work! Now to plow through some TTR archives ^.^

Bathbomber – Isn’t shape-shifting the power we really all want?

Tpiro – I did it that way for a while–answering just the ones the actually required a response. I just kind of fell in to responding to everyone eventually. It seemed the polite thing to do, and, as you say, it’s borne fruit. I enjoy the interaction, but I know that not every webcomicker does.

Great interview. Nice choice of topics, and a lot of interesting insight into the writing process.

Good points about answering ALL the comments on your webcomic site. I always figured I’d just answer some of the more relevant comments and let the other comments stand for themselves. But you may have something here (as evidenced by the great reader involvement you get on your site).
