Yep, this one came in a tad late. I’ve been having some PC issues lately. You name it, I was wrasslin’ with it. But the biggest hassle I’ve had was with my scanner talking to Vista. Sooooo, I took the plunge and upgraded to Windows 7. I have to say, so far so good. I’m digging it.

Thanks to everyone who took park in the First Annual Pinkerton Yard Sale. The response was far better than I expected and I can’t thank you enough for showing the love. BTW: Packages will be shipped this week.

First, let me thank everyone who took part in the Pinkerton Yard Sale. The response was wonderful. Way better than I expected. For those of you that missed it, I say tune in next year. Well…it’s Monday. ‘Nuff said. How ya doing? Today’s strip is a fine example of bringing two storylines together…even if only for a second.

Far be it from me to pass up a chance to crack a joke about guinea pig genitals. Yes, newcomers, Steve is a guinea pig. I hope you enjoyed this week of Pinkerton. I’m really lookin’ forward to the weekend.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I LOVE zombie movies. I don’t know why. I just do. Now, let me be clear. I don’t care about the campy, slow-moving zombies. I want the scary, run-faster-than-hell zombies. 28 Days Later, Dawn of the Dead remake…that sorta thing. Needless to say, I can’t WAIT to check out this movie.

I had a BLAST drawing this one. And for those of you historically accurate folks out there…YES, I know Buckley’s Easy Bake oven looks nothing like the original. I did research it. I just bent the imagery to fit Pinkerton madness.

As I was sketching this strip I realized how much the characters have evolved visually. I mean, I expected them to but I thought I’d have more of a concious hand in it. Guess not.

In other news, Pinkerton has been picked up for publication in another college paper. Help me in welcoming the fine folks at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ to Pinkerton. You’ve got great taste and you smell terrific.
